    I started with Ash mainly because my 1st trainer had a change in carriers and I wanted to continue to see a coach. I really enjoy Ash's coaching style, I find it quite unique to others. 1 thing I find amazing is that Ash looks at all aspects of your lift. She's watching how your whole body moves through each lift which I've never experienced before. I love seeing how well Ash gets along with all her clients and the community that she has created. Everyone is always willing to help everyone out. My strength has increased a monumental amount under Ash's guidance. I remember struggling to hit a 40kg bench & the most I've hit with Ash is 52.5kgs. My back squats were sitting around the 80kg mark and the most I've hit with Ash is 107.5kgs. My front squat was sitting around 60kgs and the most I hit with Ash was 87.5kgs. My deadlifts I struggled to hit 100kgs clean for so long and with Ash I reached 112.5kgs. I still even now surprise myself with how far I can push myself and that comes down to Ash's belief, her unwavering support, her constant desire to see her clients succeed, her want of more from you and herself. She's never told me no or you can't do that or that's out of reach for you. She's always said YES I'M SO EXCITED FOR YOU TO DO THIS. On a more personal side of things Ash has shown me an incredible amount of love and support with any personal things I've had going on and has honestly helped me change my life around mentally. If it wasn't for her push and her caring nature I would be stuck and not have sought any help for my mental health. I know she has not just done this for me but others she coaches too. I honestly couldn't think of anyone better to have in my corner supporting me through life each and every step of the way.   • Before Vijitha began her weight loss journey, she was suffering from multiple health issues which caused her constant pain and weight fluctuations. This unfortunately resulted in her confidence being at an all time low.

    Vijitha began her fitness journey and was training for hours in the gym, doing crossfit and working with personal trainers along with endless cardio and yo-yo dieting but was still struggling to see results.

    In 2022, Vijitha began working with me, and we formed a plan around her various health concerns and were able to achieve the results that Vijitha had been working for years to achieve. By providing accountability, support and encouragement, as well as educating Vijitha around her nutrition and training, she was able to see the scales drop by 10kg to achieve her personal lowest weight of 53kg - no endless cardio or dieting cycles!

Hey, I'm Ash,

Growing up, I was heavily involved in athletics, touch football and dancing which led me to attend a performing arts school in Sydney. I trained in singing, dancing and acting full-time for two intense years. After this ended, I felt lost and had no idea how to train myself properly. This led me to fall into unhealthy habits while working full-time in hospitality; late nights, partying and poor eating.

I decided to take control of my life, so I started a PT course. This opened my eyes to the toxicity and misinformation spread by the media. Along my journey, I've dealt with troubled eating, overtraining and body dysmorphia, so I know what it takes to come out the other side.

I worked as a Nike Trainer for 4 years, and the education and experience gained during that time has greatly influenced the coach I am today. Fast forward to today, I've helped over 500+ women overcome their doubts and reach their full potential.
